The cleanliness of the hotel was quite excellent as we
Arrived. Our room offered beautiful sea views, although I noticed some areas could benefit from a refresh. Dinner was good, despite breakfast having limited options for gluten-free diets.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel where the receptionist greeted me in a welcoming way. When I couldn't work the key to my door properly he cameup and patiently showed me how it should be used. The rest of the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful---- giving me directions to Benmore Gardens and remembering the next day to ask if I had enjoyed that visit. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast good. Seats in the south facing garden were an asset. One could sit therereading or just enjoying the spectacular view.

Best bit was that it was direct on the sea front and I had a decent sea view room, The manager was very very good and did his best to make sure all was good for me even though he was walking about on crutches! I had to suggest to him that he just told me where to go and no need to show me to my room. Bravo for trying to be so helpful though!
The Hotel looked a little tired from the outside so not a good impression at first. Also was full of pensioners. Well I guess I cannot avoid that if I decide to stay at a Hotel that caters for retired tourists and coach parties eh?

The view from our sea view room was amazin and made for great mornings. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was fast and tasty, never had to wait long which was cool. Loved the location, right by the beach and near the town center!
The room could use some updates as the bathroom felt a bit dated. Parking was a hassle since there weren't enough spaces available.
